Fidelis Private Fund arranged a 1st Trust Deed purchase money loan for $415,000 or 42% LTV.
The subject loan was a conventional purchase money loan, fifteen-year fixed-rate in the very low 2% range. (The subject loan was not funded by Fidelis but arranged by Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage acting as the broker on the transaction).
