Fidelis Private Fund provided the borrower with a $1,175,000 1st Trust Deed purchase loan that included a $875,000 line of credit secured by a total of three properties, resulting in a Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio combined of approximately 65%.
The exit strategy is to sell the investment properties.
