Investor Appreciation Event –
November / 2024
Our limited partners, prospective partners, general partners, staff, and friends gathered at our headquarters on November 7th, 2024 for our semi-annual social gathering. With over 70 in attendance, we were delighted to welcome everyone and many of our team felt this was the best such event we have ever had. Our main theme was simply APPRECIATION. Without the trust and investment of our limited partners we could not succeed.
Our time was highlighted by friendly fellowship around drinks and hors d’oeuvres. John Lloyd, president and CEO brought our guests up to date on our performance and progress. Recently Fidelis was declared a suitable alternative investment by Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investment firms. Our fund surpassed $74 Million in investment from the 190+ investors. Chad Ruyle, general partner and co-founder, also addressed the gathering highlighting the transparency of Fidelis Private Fund overall.
Spring Social Event – May / 2024
With a theme of community and united accomplishment, the General partners were pleased to host our annual spring social on May 9th at the Fidelis Private Fund office. The event brought together many of our limited partners and prospective investors for an evening of engaging conversations, networking, and updates on the Fund’s performance. The positive feedback and enthusiastic participation underscored the strong support for our mission.
Supporting the theme of “building together,” the event emphasized that our limited partners are not just investing in a fund; through the loans that we make, they are investing in improving our local neighborhoods one property at a time, increasing the quality of life for many people who live here in San Diego County.

Partner Connect Event – September / 2022
Fidelis Private Fund held a Partner Connect Event on September 15, 2022 at our new corporate office for limited partners and prospective investors. Fidelis recently celebrated its three-year anniversary and we were pleased to share exciting developments in the growth and the consistent 8%+ annualized returns to our investors. We had a great time together also shared featured some amazing success stories of our borrowers.
Spring Social Event – Spring 2021
Fidelis Private Fund hosted its Spring Social event at its previous corporate office . Limited partners and guests joined us for a great time of food and connecting as John Lloyd, CEO & President, offered a few remarks on the fund, its recent performance, and what was ahead in 2022.
Investor Appreciation Event – September / 2021
In September of 2021 Fidelis hosted an Investor Appreciation Event at the University Club atop Symphony Towrs. We were pleased with a great turnout of limited partners and prospective investors. John Lloyd presented an overview of Fidelis Private Fund, its past performance and vision for the future. The main focus of the gathering was to express gratitude to our investors for their partnership and trust in Fidelis. Investor Event – September / 2019
In September of 2019, Fidelis Private Fund hosted two investor events, one at Fund Loans and the other at Endeavor Bank. The founders and principals of Fidelis Private Fund presented the vision and business model of the fund. Below are some photos from the event.
