Request Payoff Demand
Fidelis Private Fund, LP does not service our loans in-house, as we have a 3rd Party Loan Servicer. The Loan Servicer will release the lien when the loan is paid off.

Payoff Request Form
- Regular Priority requests (3 – 5 Days) are charged $30.00 to the borrower. These are prepared and forwarded for lender’s approval within 5 business days. Once approved, the demand is automatically routed to the requester via DocuSign.
- Rush Priority requests (1 – 3 Days) are charged $105.00 to the borrower. These are prepared and forwarded for lender’s approval within 2 business days. Once approved, the demand is automatically routed to the requester via DocuSign.
- A Short or Updated Payoff Request will incur an additional $50.00 administrative fee to be charged to the borrower.
